Daisy keeps a small diary, so a missed slot means another client can't come in. Thank you for respecting her time.
Cancelling
Please give 24 to 48 hours' notice to cancel or move your appointment.
Deposits
Cancel with under 24 hours' notice or don't attend, and future bookings need a 50% deposit. It comes off your price on the day.
Non-refundable
A deposit can't be refunded if you don't attend or cancel with under 24 hours' notice.
Arriving
Please arrive on time. More than 10 to 15 minutes late may mean rescheduling.
Patch test
Needed for all new tinting clients at least 24 to 48 hours before treatment.
Health
Some treatments can't be done in pregnancy, while breastfeeding or under 16. Please mention allergies or medication.
How much are HD Brows?
HD Brows are £20 with a consultation, mapping, tint, wax, thread and trim. Hybrid Brows are £30. Add a lash tint and it's £27 for both.
How soon can I get in?
New slots go up every week. Weekdays are one client an evening from 6:30pm, and weekends have more spaces. Message Daisy for what's free this week.
Do I need a patch test?
Yes, if you're new to tinting with Daisy, at least 24 to 48 hours before. It's quick and keeps your skin safe.
Lamination or HD Brows?
HD Brows shape and define. Lamination sets your brow hairs in a brushed up, fuller shape. Not sure? Send Daisy a photo of your brows and she'll tell you what will suit you.
